Black Bear Advertising is looking for advertising experts with at least 3 years experience running Facebook and/or Google ads. The more experience the better. We need advertisers who are experienced media buyers and who are also expert account managers/expert communicators.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facebook/Google advertising platform, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization. They will also have experience with measuring the success of Facebook/Google ads and using data to improve campaigns.
The Facebook/Google Advertiser will be responsible for developing and executing Facebook/Google advertising campaigns to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Facebook/Google advertising campaigns
- Manage Facebook/Google ad budgets
- Target and optimize Facebook/Google ads
- Measure the success of Facebook/Google ads
- Communicate often and effectively with several clients at once
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of Facebook/Instagram and/or Google Advertising experience.
- Advertising experience specifically in the e-commerce industry is highly desirable. It is also desirable to have had experience advertising in several different industries as well.
- Must know the backend of Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google Ads Manager.
- Must be an expert communicator. Must be able to effectively communicate campaign goals, progress and results.
- Must be a great writer. You will be required to produce ad copy that sells for your clients.
- We believe that advertising is only a piece of what helps businesses be successful. Having a broader understanding of the keys to success in business and marketing is highly desirable (understanding of what makes good images, videos, websites, products, prices, funnels, etc)
- A good understanding of any of any of the following is a big plus but not required: Facebook Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Local Service Ads, Shopify/WordPress/Squarespace/Wix Backends, General HTML knowledge
