Working with Black Bear has been fabulous so far! I've had some pretty bad experiences with ad agencies over the last few years. Basically ALL of my other experiences with ad agencies have been awful, with tens of thousands of dollars essentially just flushed down the toilet. But even though I've only been working with Black Bear for about 2 months now, I know it is totally different. Not only do they get results (my website is hitting numbers it has never seen before this time of year - and we're in the middle of a pandemic!) but they are also extremely easy to work with, very open to new ideas or changes I want to make, and just super nice guys. I can't wait to see what the future brings!
